5K a year 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago We are looking for Human Resources generalist to join our team and administer all aspects of Human Resource management and help build a positive culture and work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Recruitment through internet searches, postings and other available resources Conduct and schedule interviews, hiring, onboarding of required personnel Coordinate all training courses including scheduling and assist in administering third party training and in-house training.
Lead employee onboarding training and overview training Liaison between personnel and management, this position is responsible for responding to all regulatory requests from county, state and/or federal offices.
Employee relations; mediate and resolve issues, administer (and track) disciplinary action as necessary Maintain current company policies/documents and create new policies/documents when necessary Maintain employee records including time and attendance, training, insurance, 401K, corporate benefits, and possession of company property Administration of Performance Appraisals Additional responsibilities assigned by Management, including office administrative duties Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 2
years of HR/Administrative experience General knowledge of HR laws and legislation Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team Problem solving / troubleshooting ability Sound organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter, motivated, energetic Customer relations skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including:
sales, engineering, manufacturing, mold programming, tool shop, purchasing, quality, suppliers, accounting, general management and factory workers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift components weighing up to 20 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to sit for periods of time - data entry, computer processing Ability to withstand environmental temperatures Job Type:
