In this role, you will be part of our production team - the people responsible for creating our personalized gifts that are sent out all over the world! As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and fun team who works together every day to fulfill orders, helping in different areas of the production to help fulfill orders each day.
We offer on-the-job training, so no experience is required.
Our expert production team will teach you the skills you need to succeed in printing, engraving, and packaging up personalized gifts! The ideal candidate for this position will have a love for working with their hands in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for gifts of course! Key Responsibilities Operate various printers, engravers, and other equipment to create gifts Work as part of the team to create and fulfill online orders Help package and ship orders Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Assist in other production areas as needed Answer customer service messages and emails daily Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available 7am-4pm M-Th, 7am-1pm F If you are a hardworking, detail-oriented person with a passion for creating unique gifts, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
