Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and operating warehouse equipment.
They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking the machinery to ensure everything works as it should.

Responsibilities:
Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
Set up and operate a variety of machines to ensure each is operating to maximum efficiency.
Utilize checklists to ensure all functions of the machine are set to begin production.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with procedures.
Perform related functions to provide complete repairs in accordance with our Preventative Maintenance Plan.
Perform routine minor machine maintenance as part of daily work duties.
Routinely move product within the immediate manufacturing work area, include across isle, using shop assigned equipment as required, and complete transactions necessary to move product to the next operation.
Support to continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training and assisting teammates when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.
Understanding of production procedure.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team.

Qualifications:
2 years of experience working with die cutting equipment using flexible dies 1 year of manufacturing experience Technical Degree is a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The usual work environment is typical of an office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with no material or weather-related hazards except those associated with travel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
