Summary:
Grover Gaming Printing is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Print Production Lead.
This position is responsible for leading the production team during second shift.
Some examples of responsibilities include training new hires, leading the team to achieve production goals, ensuring SOP compliance, and most importantly, ensuring the safety of the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV 2 years of experience leading a team Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in a fast paced environment Experience performing maintenance on machinery Experience operating machinery Maintain a working understanding of plant processes, equipment, and systems Plan and perform work requiring an in-depth knowledge of machinery principles of operation and the sub-systems comprising said machinery Performs work in a safe and efficient manner and complies with applicable codes and best practices Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics Makes suggestions process improvements or modifications and actively participates in the design, build, implementation of equipment improvements Must meet the physical requirements for the position which includes lifting (up to 50 lbs.
), standing and bending Provide training for team members Must be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn Advanced computer skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others Maintain a positive attitude Preferred Requirements:
Print production experience OSHA 10 Hour Certification Experience with working on equipment with automation Experience maintaining vision systems on equipment WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The usual work environment is typical of a warehouse environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with no material or weather-related hazards except those associated with travel.
